1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your web browser when you visit a website. They help websites remember your preferences, keep you logged in between sessions, and collect anonymous usage statistics. Cookies do not contain executable code and cannot access other data on your device.

2. Cookies We Use

FormVault uses a minimal set of cookies. We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or third-party social media tracking.

Session Cookies (Required)

Session cookies are strictly necessary for the FormVault platform to function. They maintain your authenticated session so you remain logged in as you navigate between pages. These cookies are deleted when you close your browser and cannot be disabled without breaking platform functionality.

Analytics Cookies (Optional)

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use our marketing site. All data collected through GA4 uses anonymized IP addresses. We do not use GA4 analytics inside the authenticated platform. You may opt out of GA4 analytics tracking at any time (see Section 3 below).

3. How to Control Cookies

You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete specific cookies. Note that disabling session cookies will prevent you from using the FormVault platform.

To opt out of Google Analytics 4 tracking, you can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, which prevents GA4 from collecting data about your visit on any website.
